We are seeking an experienced PPC Campaign Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is critical for driving effective ad performance, maximizing ROI, and contributing to the overall success of our digital marketing initiatives.

Paid Ads Specialist-

We are seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize clients’ paid ad campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate will be proficient in running campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
    • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
    • Optimize ad copy, keywords, and targeting strategies for enhanced performance and ROI.
  • Keyword Research & Analysis:
    • Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing and negative keywords.
    • Regularly adjust bids and targeting to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization:
    • Write compelling and engaging ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives.
    • Design and test ad creatives to boost click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
  • Budget Management:
    • Efficiently allocate and manage budgets to optimize spending and maximize returns.
    • Track and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly expenditures within budget limits.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager to analyze campaign performance.
    • Generate detailed performance reports and provide insights with recommendations for improvement.
  • A/B Testing:
    • Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to determine the most effective strategies.
    • Implement changes based on data-driven test results to optimize campaigns.
  • Market & Competitor Research:
    • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
    • Apply findings from market research to improve campaign strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between PPC campaigns and broader marketing strategies.Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure campaign success.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications.
  • Experience with additional PPC platforms and advertising tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
